Unified Dispatch Announces Additional Installations
Altadena, CA (May 6, 2004)—Unified Dispatch, Inc., the world's leading provider of call center solutions for the ground transportation industry, announced today that it has installed its UniBook automated booking system at four additional taxi companies.
The Unified Dispatch UniBook System has been operating successfully at San Francisco Yellow Cab since January, 2003 providing reduced costs, increased revenue and better customer service. New installations are being announced for Alberta Co-op of Edmonton, Diamond Taxi of Toronto, Yellow Checker Cab of San Jose and St. Louis County Cab Company.
