Features - Where Are U?

What is the “Where Are U?” package?
The “Where Are U?” package is an add-on available for any UniBook client that wants to automate
callers from cell phones, alternative pick up spots, or capture drop off locations. Utilizing the latest
United States Postal Service data and incorporating the best in speech and voice recognition
technology, “Where Are U?” enables you to drive automation well beyond the 25% - 45%
automation rate current UniBook users experience.

How does it work?
Callers using the UniBook system enabled with “Where Are U?” first state the city or area of the city they are requesting service to. Once “Where Are U?” confirms the location, the United States Postal Service data is utilized to set the valid street names and numbers in that area. The caller is then asked to say the street name and number including any apartment or suite number. Once the caller speaks, the system verifies that the address exists and confirms the address. “Where Are U?” is also able to differentiate between multiple street names in an area or city, for instance, Ventura Boulevard or Ventura Place.

Can you show me an example of the caller interaction?
UniBook: “Thank you for calling Yellow Cab. If you wish to be picked up in a standard taxi at 256 Johnson Avenue press 1, if you wish to be picked up at a different address press 2, otherwise hold for the next available agent.”

Caller: Presses “2”

UniBook: “Please say the city or area of the city you wish to be picked up in.”

Caller: “Union Square”

UniBook: “Okay, Union Square in San Francisco. Please say the street name including any apartment or suite number.”

Caller: “114 Powell Street”

UniBook: “Your order for immediate taxi service at 114 Powell Street at Union Square in San Francisco has been booked and shall arrive shortly. If you need to make any corrections, say ‘corrections.’ For additional requests or questions, please press 0 or say operator. Goodbye.”
