UniText Cloud SMS 

UniText enables riders to have a two-way interactive texting session to get information on their transportation.  UniText works by setting up a unique and consistent number for a transportation provider that can send and receive texts from riders.  Riders can receive arrival notifications, trip reminders, get ETA and other notifications.

In addition, riders can text the provided number to find the status of rides, get account information or cancel and confirm upcoming trips.
